Key responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation and service and prepare mise en place for outlets.
- Follow food preparation and presentation guidelines and recommend improvements where appropriate.
- Maintain clean work areas and follow food safety, sanitation, dating, storage, and rotation practices.
- Look after hotel property and facilities and follow departmental checklists and cleaning schedules.
- Participate in departmental training and assist with events, banquets, and other functions.
- Follow personal hygiene, grooming, fire safety, and health-and-safety standards.
Requirements
- Adhere to food preparation, presentation, food-handling, hygiene, fire-safety, and health-and-safety standards.
