Admin Intern opportunity with Urban Sky Business Center.
The internship lasts three months and provides practical experience in administration, office operations, customer coordination, and business center management.

Location and Work Arrangement
- Location is Dubai, UAE.
- Work is in person.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily administrative and office operations.
- Handle basic documentation, filing, scanning, and printing.
- Maintain and update records and spreadsheets.
- Assist with preparing reports and documents.
- Coordinate with tenants, clients, and vendors when required.
- Assist the reception and front-office team.
- Support scheduling and meeting arrangements.
- Assist with data entry and maintaining company records.
- Coordinate routine administrative tasks with internal departments.
- Support general office requirements and other tasks assigned by management.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and email.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
- Professional attitude and presentable personality.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Previous experience is not required.
