Experience in water/wastewater treatment plants, as well as a variety of other turnkey industrial process packages will be an asset.
Post-secondary education in Automation & Instrumentation
Demonstrate experience in developing PLC, HMI, and SCADA applications and supporting industrial control systems through commissioning.
Experience with Rockwell Automation platforms, including ControlLogix, CompactLogix, and FactoryTalk View Studio, is preferred.
Experience with Siemens, CodeSys and/or Schneider automation platforms would be considered an asset.
Experience and/or knowledge with SCADA, various VFDs, industrial communications networks
Experience with industrial communication protocols including EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, Modbus TCP, and OPC UA.
Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and pride in delivering high quality results.
Excellent communication (verbal & written), interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Strong planning and organizational skills, including attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Interest in continuous learning
