Intermediate Engineer

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Support inspections and day-to-day site supervision across the disciplines under construction.
• Assist with RFIs, submittals, and technical record-keeping.
• Collect and compile progress data for site-team reporting.
• Support QA/QC monitoring through ITPs, inspection records, and NCR tracking.
• Coordinate among the developer's teams, subcontractors, utility providers, and RCRC representatives.
• Support testing and commissioning and assemble close-out documentation, including as-built drawings and O&M manuals.

Required qualifications and experience

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
• More than 7 years of relevant experience with a degree, or 12 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Site engineering experience on infrastructure or land development works across more than one discipline.
• Working knowledge of RFIs, submittals, ITPs, NCRs, progress records, and other site documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and/or Arabic.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in Saudi Arabia or the wider GCC is preferable.
• Saudi Council of Engineers registration or eligibility to register is preferable.
• Experience on large-scale land development or infrastructure programmes is preferable.
• Familiarity with a PMIS and formal document control is preferable.
