  • Develop performance measures, dashboards, scorecards, and reporting frameworks.
  • Define business-system and information-management requirements for planning, monitoring, and recordkeeping.
  • Integrate customer, regulatory, safety, security, and corporate requirements into processes.

Qualifications

  • University degree in business administration, business analysis, organizational development, industrial engineering, operations management, or a related discipline; equivalent education, training, and relevant experience may be considered.
  • Three to five or more years of relevant experience in business analysis, process management, operational readiness, continuous improvement, quality management, organizational effectiveness, or a related field.
  • Experience gathering and documenting requirements, analyzing processes, and developing improvements.
  • Experience creating process documentation and facilitating meetings, workshops, or stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience developing performance metrics, dashboards, reports, or decision-support tools.
