Interior Site Supervisor

Role overview

Site supervision

• Supervise daily site activities and ensure work follows approved drawings and project specifications.
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other site teams.
• Monitor progress and timely completion; inspect sites for quality and safety compliance.
• Verify measurements, prepare site reports, resolve on-site issues, and communicate updates to management.
• Ensure proper material use and minimize wastage; maintain daily progress reports and project documentation.

Sales and business development

• Generate business through field visits, referrals, and relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and corporate clients.
• Meet prospective customers, understand their interior requirements, and present company products and services.
• Prepare quotations, cost estimates, and proposals with the estimation team.
• Follow up through order closure and achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and channel partners; maintain lead and sales records in the CRM.

Client coordination

• Attend client meetings and site visits and provide project status updates.
• Handle customer concerns and support timely resolution and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Required qualifications and skills

• 2–5 years of experience in interior project supervision and/or sales.
• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out works and finishing materials; understanding of modular furniture, vanity, cabinets, LED mirrors, wall panels, false ceilings, flooring, painting, and decorative products.
• Ability to read technical drawings and layouts; proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, team coordination, problem-solving, decision-making, time-management, and multitasking skills.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a relevant field; candidates with interior-industry sales experience may also apply.

Preferred profile

• Experience in modular furniture, commercial or residential interiors, or fit-out projects is preferred.
• Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings; self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to manage deadlines and multiple projects.
• AutoCAD knowledge is an added advantage.

Pay and benefits

• Pay starts at ₹25,000 per month; compensation is described as according to industry standards and candidate experience.
