Role overview
The role focuses on project engineering and estimation for interior shop fit-out works in high-end malls.
Responsibilities
- Conduct site surveys and review project drawings.
- Prepare BOQs and estimates.
- Prepare and professionally present commercial bids and tenders to clients.
- Estimate fit-out work across wall cladding, ceilings, screeding, waterproofing, tiling, painting, joinery, glass, shutters, and related disciplines.
- Handle applicable authority approval procedures.
Requirements
- Proficiency in site surveys and thorough knowledge of drawings.
- Good BOQ preparation and estimation skills, with professional commercial bid and tender presentation.
- Expertise in high-end mall shop fit-out works and knowledge of authority approval procedures.
- Hands-on estimation experience across gypsum and other wall cladding, ceilings, screeding, waterproofing, tiling, painting, joinery, glass, shutter works, and related fit-out disciplines.
- Three years of UAE experience is preferred.
Workplace
- Work is in person.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 4,000–7,000 per month.
