Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Interior Draftsman with a strong background in interior fit-out, architecture, and main contracting projects.
The ideal candidate must have minimum 10+ years of experience, with expertise in
shop drawings
,
detailed interior drawings
, and
3D rendering
using
3ds Max
,
V-Ray
, or
Corona
.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed
- interior fit-out shop drawings
- ,
- joinery drawings

- ceiling layouts
- , partition details,
- reflected ceiling plans
- , and architectural detailing
- Develop and revise as-built drawings, tender drawings, and execution drawings as per project requirements
- Prepare high-quality
- 3D renderings
- and visual presentations using
3ds Max, V-Ray, or Corona
- Coordinate with architects, designers, project managers, site engineers, and consultants for drawing approvals and revisions
- Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, authority requirements, and client standards
- Prepare material submission drawings and technical detailing for execution
- Review design concepts and convert them into accurate technical drawings for site implementation
- Maintain proper documentation and revision control for all drawings and submissions
- Support project teams during execution by providing updated drawings and resolving design coordination issues
- Ensure timely submission of drawings in line with project deadlines
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Drafting, or related field
- Minimum 10+ years of experience as an Interior Draftsman in interior fit-out / architecture / main contracting companies
- Strong experience in shop drawings and detailed fit-out execution drawings
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory
- Strong working knowledge of 3ds Max, V-Ray, and/or Corona Renderer
- Experience working previously with main contractors is mandatory
- Strong understanding of interior fit-out standards, architectural detailing, and site coordination
- Ability to interpret design intent and convert concepts into execution-ready drawings
- Good communication and coordination skills
- UAE experience preferred
- Immediate joiners preferred
• Preferred Candidate Profile
- Strong portfolio in interior fit-out and architectural projects
- Experience in commercial, residential, hospitality, and high-end fit-out projects
- Prior experience in Al Ain / Abu Dhabi projects is an advantage
