We Are Hiring Interior Designer & Stylist
HōmAnAn is looking for a talented and experienced Interior Designer & Stylist to join our growing team in Delhi.
Experience: 5–8 years
We are seeking a creative professional who can translate client conversations into thoughtful, well-executed designs while seamlessly balancing design development, styling, client management, and project execution.
The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for aesthetics, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Create attractive and functional interior designs, layouts, and styling concepts for residential projects
- Meet with clients to understand their objectives, preferences, and lifestyle requirements
- Develop design concepts and present ideas through 2D drawings, 3D visualizations, renderings, mood boards, mock-ups, and presentations
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project goals are achieved
- Manage projects from concept development through execution, ensuring timelines and quality standards are maintained
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site teams for smooth project delivery
- Prepare project estimates, quotations, BOQs, FF&E schedules, and project documentation
- Incorporate client feedback and adapt design solutions accordingly
- Lead styling and curation of furniture, furnishings, décor, lighting, art, rugs, accessories, and lifestyle elements
- Source products, materials, finishes, and vendors aligned with project requirements
- Stay updated with industry trends, materials, products, and sourcing opportunities to deliver innovative design solutions
- Mentor and guide junior team members while fostering a collaborative work environment
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design and/or Architecture
- 5–8 years of experience in residential interior design and styling
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, Photoshop, InDesign, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to prepare detailed drawings, presentations, mood boards, FF&E schedules, BOQs, and styling proposals
- Strong creative thinking, space planning, and design visualization skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client management abilities
- Demonstrated ability to execute projects successfully from design development to final installation
- Strong understanding of materials, finishes, furniture, furnishings, lighting, art, décor, and styling principles
- Experience in sourcing, procurement, vendor coordination, and site management
- Strong eye for styling, layering, visual merchandising, and creating cohesive design narratives
- Ability to curate furniture, décor, art, accessories, and soft furnishings that align with the overall design vision
- Strong knowledge of current design trends, emerging materials, luxury interiors, and home décor brands
- Leadership qualities with the ability to mentor junior team members and work collaboratively across teams
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and thrive in a fast-paced creative environment
- Exceptional attention to detail, organisation, and problem-solving skills
