  • ✅ المؤهلات والخبرات المطلوبة
  • ١. بكالوريوس في التصميم الداخلي من جهة معتمدة، مع عضوية الهيئة السعودية للمهندسين
  • ٢. خبرة عملية لا تقل عن ٥ سنوات في التصميم الداخلي وإدارة المشاريع التنفيذية
  • ٣. إتقان تام للغتين العربية والإنجليزية؛ تحدثاً وكتابةً ومراسلاتٍ مهنية
  • ٤. بروفايل احترافي قوي يعكس مشاريع منفّذة بجودة عالية وذوق تصميمي متميّز
  • ٥. خبرة مؤكدة في الإشراف على مشاريع التشطيبات والديكورات من مرحلة التصميم وحتى التسليم النهائي
  • ٦. إجادة برامج التصميم الاحترافية: AutoCAD · Revit · 3ds Max · SketchUp · Photoshop
  • ٧. تمكّن من توظيف أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي في التصميم وتطوير الأفكار وتسريع الإنتاج
  • ٨. قدرة عالية على إدارة الفرق، التواصل مع العملاء، ومتابعة المقاولين في الموقع
