Role overview
Develop creative, functional interior concepts for residential and commercial fit-out projects.
Design and documentation
- Prepare 2D layouts, detailed drawings, and 3D visualizations.
- Prepare working drawings, furniture layouts, reflected ceiling plans, and interior detailing.
- Select suitable materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and color schemes.
- Assist with material selection, quantity take-offs, and design-related documentation.
Coordination and delivery
- Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and provide design solutions.
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Check design implementation through site visits and resolve design-related issues.
- Ensure designs comply with project requirements, specifications, and applicable regulations.
- Manage multiple design tasks and meet project deadlines.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience is required.
- A portfolio of completed projects is requested.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
Pay
- AED 3,000–5,000 per month.
Work location
- Work is in person in Dubai.
