At NOMI, our design process starts with understanding client vision and project requirements, followed by developing creative concepts and detailed designs.
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Interior Designer who is not only strong in design but also actively involved in sales and client engagement.
You will be involved in Luxury projects from concept to completion while also contributing to sales by engaging with clients, presenting design solutions, and helping convert leads into projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively involved in interior design projects from concept to completion
- Develop design concepts, mood boards, space planning, and presentations
- Prepare detailed drawings and design documentation
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories
- Actively engage with clients and support sales activities
- Present design concepts and proposals to clients to convert inquiries into projects
- Monitor project progress and resolve design-related issues
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- 5–8 years of professional interior design experience
- UAE experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, or fit-out projects
- European experience is highly preferred
- Fluent/native English language skills
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and technical skills
- Experience in both design execution and client-facing/sales roles
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and 3D visualization tools
- Valid UAE driving license required
