The Interior Designer & Architect will develop designs and oversee project execution.
The role works with design, fit-out, and project management teams to deliver client concepts.
Responsibilities
- Develop interior and architectural concepts, space plans, and detailed designs.
- Prepare drawings, 3D visuals, presentations, and mood boards for client approval.
- Select materials, finishes, and furniture to meet project requirements and budgets.
- Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors to achieve design intent.
- Visit sites to oversee implementation and resolve issues.
- Keep current with trends, sustainable design practices, and innovative materials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of professional experience in interior design and architecture; fit-out experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Creative and technical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of materials and finishes.
- Qatar supplier knowledge is a plus.
- Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
