About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop design concepts, space planning layouts, and design schemes based on client briefs
• Prepare moodboards, material boards, and concept presentations for client approvals
• Produce technical drawings in AutoCAD — floor plans, elevations, sections, RCPs, and detail drawings
• Create 3D models and photorealistic renderings using 3ds Max
• Use professional rendering software such as V-Ray, Corona, or equivalent
• Conduct site visits independently to take accurate measurements and as-built surveys
• Coordinate with site supervisors, contractors, and MEP teams during execution phase
• Monitor design implementation on-site and ensure quality is maintained
• Present designs to clients and incorporate feedback professionally
• Handle material selections, vendor coordination, and sample approvals
• Maintain organized project documentation including drawings, revisions, and approval records

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Interior Design or Fit-out projects
• Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• AutoCAD — Advanced level (Mandatory)
• 3ds Max — Advanced level with strong rendering skills (Mandatory)
• V-Ray / Corona Renderer or equivalent rendering software (Mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of space planning for commercial and residential interiors
• Ability to prepare moodboards and concept presentations independently
• Experience taking site measurements and conducting site surveys
• Knowledge of newer rendering tools such as Enscape, Lumion, or AI-based visualization tools is an advantage
• Prior experience in Qatar or GCC is preferred
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

• 3ds Max — Advanced level (3D Modeling and Rendering)
• V-Ray / Corona Renderer or equivalent rendering engine
• Microsoft Office — Word, Excel, PowerPoint

• AI-based rendering tools
• SketchUp
• Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator for presentations

Design Skills

• Space planning for residential, commercial, and hospitality interiors
• Moodboard preparation and concept development

• FF&E coordination (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment)
• Joinery and millwork detailing knowledge
• Lighting design basics

Site Skills

• Independent site measurement and as-built survey
• Reading and interpreting construction drawings
