Role Description
The Interior Designer / 2 role at Celeron is a full-time, on-site position based in Doha, Qatar.
This role is responsible for developing interior design concepts for office, technical, and collaborative spaces that support high-performance AI operations and a modern workplace culture.
Day-to-day tasks include space planning, preparing design presentations, selecting finishes and FF&E, coordinating with architecture and engineering teams, and producing detailed construction drawings.
The Interior Designer / 2 collaborates closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure designs meet functional requirements, safety standards, and brand guidelines.
The role also involves site visits, reviewing work in progress, and making design adjustments to maintain quality, schedule, and budget.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Interior Design and Space Planning skills, with experience creating functional, ergonomic, and aesthetically coherent environments.
- Candidates should possess Architecture-related competencies, including understanding building systems, codes, and integration of interior concepts within architectural frameworks.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Construction Drawings, including detailed plans, sections, and elevations suitable for contractor execution.
- Candidates should possess FF&E expertise, including selection, specification, and coordination of furniture, fixtures, and equipment that align with performance and design standards.
- Proficiency in design and visualization software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar), and familiarity with presentation tools.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a closely related field, with demonstrated project experience at an intermediate level.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with contractors and vendors.
- Experience working on technology, office, or high-performance workplace projects in the Gulf region or similar environments is an advantage.
