Key Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on leads to acquire new clients.
• Meet clients to understand their requirements, budget, and design preferences.
• Present interior design concepts, materials, and company services professionally.
• Prepare quotations and proposals in coordination with the design team.
• Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly targets.
• Coordinate with designers, project managers, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Conduct site visits when required.
• Update CRM systems and maintain accurate sales records.
• Monitor market trends and competitors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in interior design, fit-out, or furniture sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and furniture is preferred.
• Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
