Manage luxury residential projects from concept development through execution and handover, working with clients, consultants, designers, contractors, and suppliers.
Interior design and creative development
- Develop design concepts and prepare space plans, furniture layouts, material selections, and detailed presentations.
- Coordinate mood boards, finishes, lighting, furniture, joinery, and bespoke elements.
- Review drawings, 3D visualizations, shop drawings, and technical specifications; collaborate with designers, architects, and consultants.
- Propose creative and practical solutions that support design quality and technical feasibility.
Site management and project execution
- Oversee site activities, inspect progress, and ensure design intent, workmanship, and finishing quality meet standards.
- Coordinate site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, specialist suppliers, and installation teams.
- Resolve design-related site challenges and verify materials and installations against approved specifications.
- Identify delays, coordinate corrective actions, maintain schedules, and supervise snagging, inspections, detailing, and handover.
Project management and coordination
- Manage multiple luxury residential projects from design development to completion, including schedules, deliverables, budgets, and procurement.
- Coordinate approvals, material submissions, samples, and shop drawing reviews.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers; participate in client, technical coordination, and site progress meetings.
- Prepare progress reports, meeting minutes, action trackers, and project documentation while balancing quality, commercial needs, and timely delivery.
Qualifications and experience
- Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in luxury residential interior design and project management; premium villas and bespoke fit-out experience are preferred.
- Strong knowledge of interior design, space planning, material specifications, luxury finishes, construction drawings, joinery, stonework, lighting, and fit-out execution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar design software, along with Microsoft Office.
- Able to review shop drawings, resolve site issues, and manage schedules, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Strong communication, presentation, organizational, and problem-solving skills; attentive to detail and able to manage multiple projects independently.
- High-end residential project experience in Dubai or the UAE and a UAE driving license are preferred.
