Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Interior Design & Fit-Out Sales Executive role based in Dubai.
The role involves generating new business leads, networking with developers, consultants, landlords, and end-users, and managing the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to project handover.
The Sales Executive will conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations to understand requirements and propose tailored interior design and fit-out solutions.
Responsibilities include preparing and following up on quotations, coordinating with the design and project teams to develop proposals, and ensuring timely submission of tenders and documentation.
The role also includes maintaining an updated sales pipeline, achieving revenue targets, monitoring market trends and competitors, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in interior design and fit-out sales within the UAE, with a strong understanding of local market dynamics and regulations.
- Ability to interpret and discuss space planning and interior design concepts with clients and internal teams.
- Knowledge of furniture and FF&E, including the ability to recommend suitable products and finishes aligned with client needs and budgets.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a project-based environment.
- Familiarity with fit-out processes, authority approvals, and compliance requirements in Dubai.
- Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel frequently to client sites and meetings.
