Interior Design Associate Project Manager

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Knowledge of architectural modeling and drafting software.
• KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
• Knowledge of interior design principles, commercial construction practices, and project delivery methods from concept through closeout.
• Understanding of design and construction documentation, including scopes of work, punch lists, submittals, and change orders.
• Familiarity with building codes, ADA requirements, and workplace standards for office and data center environments.
• Working knowledge of project budgeting, cost estimating, invoicing, and procurement processes.
• Proficient in tracking project schedules, budgets, and punch lists to ensure timely and quality execution.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to convey technical information to executive and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple campuses and collaborate with diverse internal and external teams.
• Ability to work independently with limited oversight while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain flexibility in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and timelines.
