About The Role
We are looking for a highly organized **Interior Coordinator** to support our interior fit-out projects in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will coordinate between clients, designers, suppliers, and the project team while managing material selections, documentation, and project updates.
This role is critical in ensuring smooth communication, timely material sourcing, and proper documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend client and internal meetings and prepare **accurate Minutes of Meeting (MOM)** with clear action points.
- Act as a **coordination point between clients, interior designers, project managers, and suppliers**.
- Prepare **material boards, and presentations** for client review and approvals.
- Maintain and regularly update the **project material tracker and selection log**.
- Coordinate with suppliers to obtain **samples for tiles, fabrics, finishes, joinery materials, and other interior items**.
- Follow up on **material approvals, purchase orders, and supplier deliveries** according to client-selected materials.
- Ensure all approved materials are **properly documented and communicated to the project and procurement teams**.
- Support the design and project teams in maintaining **organized project documentation and material submissions**.
- Maintain and organized materials rooms
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in **Interior Design, or related field**.
- **1–2 years experience** in interior fit-out, design coordination, or project coordination (UAE experience is an advantage).
- Good knowledge of **interior materials such as tiles, fabrics, finishes, joinery, and fittings**.
- Strong **organizational, communication, and follow-up skills**.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office**
- Ability to manage **multiple tasks and coordinate with different stakeholders in a fast-paced environment**.
- Proactive and communication is good
Preferred Candidate: (Female)
Candidates with experience in **luxury villa interior fit-out or high-end residential projects** will be highly preferred
Education
- Bachelor's (Preferred)

- Interior Materials Coordinator: 1 year (Required)
