Role Context

We are seeking an experienced Interface Manager to manage and coordinate interfaces between multiple stakeholders on complex urban development projects in Riyadh. The role is critical to ensuring alignment across authorities, consultants, contractors, and utility providers, minimizing conflicts, and supporting successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, define, and manage interfaces across multiple stakeholders and packages
• Develop and maintain an interface management plan, interface registers, and coordination matrices
• Coordinate between government authorities, developers, consultants, contractors, and utility agencies
• Facilitate interface workshops, coordination meetings, and resolution sessions
• Track interface risks, dependencies, and constraints, ensuring timely mitigation actions
• Support planning and construction teams in resolving scope, schedule, and design interfaces
• Ensure interface requirements are reflected in project schedules and execution plans
• Monitor interface performance and report key issues to senior management
• Support change management and impact assessments related to interface issues

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
• 8–15 years of experience in interface management or project coordination
• Proven experience on large urban, mixed-use, or infrastructure projects
• Strong exposure to multi-stakeholder environments, including public authorities
• Experience on mega or giga projects is highly preferred
• Ability to work in complex, fast-paced project environments

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in interface management methodologies and tools
• Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage conflicting priorities and resolve complex issues
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities
• Experience working with planning and project control teams
• Proficient in reporting and documentation
