About the Role
We are selecting a strictly limited cohort of Intelligence Operatives for our Shadow Network Program — May 2026.
Selected operatives are trained, deployed, and backed by the full CYBERAKS intelligence platform to collect open-source intelligence on the world's most wanted criminals and submit verified intelligence reports to law enforcement agencies including CBI, NIA, ED, Interpol, Europol, FBI, and Thailand DSI.
Upon confirmed arrest based on submitted intelligence, operatives receive 80% of the official government bounty reward — with cases ranging from ₹10 lakh to over ₹2 crore per confirmed tip.
What You Will Do
- Conduct legal open-source intelligence (OSINT) gathering on active wanted criminal cases
- Use CYBERAKS platform — all 5 AI agents — for network mapping, crypto tracing, and geospatial analysis
- Produce court-standard intelligence reports for submission to law enforcement
- Work across 6 domains: Counter Trafficking, Counter Drug Trafficking, Counter Terrorism, Counter Cybercrime, Counter Financial Crime, Counter Organized Crime
- Operate both remotely (online) and in-person at our Thailand facility
Training
All selected operatives undergo an intensive 2-month training program covering OSINT, CRIMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, CYBINT, MASINT, FININT, and IMINT.
Training is conducted by serving and retired officers from Law Enforcement Agencies, Intelligence Bureau, Secret Service, and Counter-Intelligence Units across multiple nations.
Compensation
- Performance-based: 80% of every confirmed government bounty reward
- No salary cap — earnings are directly tied to confirmed intelligence submissions
- Official government rewards range from ₹10 lakh to $25 million USD per case
Requirements
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Background in IT, cybersecurity, law enforcement, journalism, finance, or legal fields preferred
- High attention to detail and ability to document findings precisely
- Discretion, professionalism, and commitment to lawful operations
- Willingness to travel to Thailand for in-person training sessions
