Role overview
Support Palantir implementation teams and customer users as a Field Service Representative Analyst.
Work alongside analysts to train and mentor users, troubleshoot technical issues, and develop Palantir use cases.
The work may involve embedding with users across the world and coordinating with Palantir team members.
Core responsibilities
- Train analysts at deskside and in classroom settings and embed with user groups to understand workflows.
- Build relationships with users at customer sites, surface use case gaps, and build initial dashboards.
- Help users develop questions and stay current on platform features.
- Respond to help desk requests and troubleshoot issues with Palantir engineering.
- Provide product feedback and communicate user or product issues to the Palantir team.
- Facilitate collaboration across the global enterprise and support customer success.
Required qualifications
- Prior experience with Palantir Foundry, Gotham, Gaia, or another Palantir platform is required.
- U.S. citizenship and eligibility for TS/SCI or higher clearance are required by the government contract.
- Experience fusing intelligence capabilities in support of operations.
- Technical background with working knowledge of Python, Java, and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively; domestic and international travel may be required up to 25%.
Preferred qualifications
- Recent, in-depth hands-on Palantir experience is highly preferred.
- Military, special operations, or law enforcement experience is highly preferred.
- Experience briefing high-level military stakeholders is highly preferred.
