Barbaricum seeks an operations and intelligence professional experienced with Palantir platforms for a Field Service Representative Analyst role.
The role supports Palantir implementation teams and customer users through training, technical troubleshooting, use-case development, and collaboration.
Work may involve embedding with users around the world or coordinating with Palantir team members in offices.
Core responsibilities
- Provide desk-side and classroom training to analysts and operators.
- Embed with user groups to understand workflows and identify gaps in use cases through customer-site relationships.
- Build initial dashboard products and help users develop questions.
- Stay current on platform features and capabilities.
- Staff the help desk, respond to requests, and troubleshoot with the Palantir engineering team.
- Provide detailed product feedback to engineering and communicate product or user issues.
- Help facilitate collaboration across a global enterprise and support customer success.
Required qualifications
- Prior experience with Palantir platforms, such as Foundry, Gotham, or Gaia.
- U.S. citizenship and eligibility for TS/SCI clearance, as required by the government contract.
- Experience fusing intelligence capabilities in support of operations.
- Technical background with working knowledge of Python, Java, and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Strong communication skills, ability to explain complex concepts, and ability to work independently and with a team.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of the time if needed.
Preferred qualifications
- Recent, in-depth hands-on experience with Palantir platforms is highly preferred.
- Military, special operations, or law enforcement experience is highly preferred.
- Experience briefing high-level military stakeholders is highly preferred.
