Role overview

The work

• Analyze theater threats, including transnational threats from state and non-state actors, and develop actionable intelligence to mitigate operational risks.
• Use Palantir, Analyst's Notebook, TAC and other network-development tools to analyze threat organizations.
• Apply intelligence research, analysis and dissemination processes.
• Analyze complex data, draw conclusions and communicate findings to varied audiences.
• Write client-specific finished intelligence products and brief leaders and key stakeholders.
• Integrate intelligence from multiple sources to understand the operational environment and threat groups, contributing to strategies that enhance military effectiveness.

Required qualifications

• At least five years as an all-source analyst and at least three years specializing in counterterrorism or threat networks.
• At least three years with network-development tools and practices, including Palantir, Analyst's Notebook or TAC.
• Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends and develop conclusions; knowledge and experience in strategic- and operational-level intelligence.
• Ability to communicate analysis and recommendations to varied audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.

Bonus qualifications

• At least three years supporting a COCOM, including familiarity with targeting cycles, operational intelligence support and contingency planning.
• Experience coordinating with interagency partners, COCOMs and external stakeholders.
• Experience in team leadership, technical project delivery or client management.
• Master's degree.
