Key Responsibilities
- Act as liaison between the C2M support team and external/edge systems.
- Support L2/L3 defect triaging involving integration points.
- Coordinate with middleware teams for logs, test scenarios, and defect resolutions.
- Facilitate impact analysis of patches on integrated systems.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), middleware, or SOA Suite.
- Familiarity with utility systems like CCB, MDM, and field device management systems.
- Understanding of system APIs, integration flows, and defect isolation.
- Experience in multi-vendor coordination and communication.
