Role Overview

Core Responsibilities

• Lead integration workstreams across Salesforce, DocuSign CLM, Boomi, MuleSoft, Snowflake, NetSuite, Workday, and other systems.
• Architect REST and SOAP API integrations with OAuth 2.0, webhooks, and error handling strategies.
• Lead scoping, estimation, solution design, presentations, and proof-of-concept builds during sales cycles.
• Manage client relationships, escalations, executive communications, and delivery expectations.
• Mentor integration consultants and analysts and provide technical and career guidance.
• Establish integration standards, documentation practices, and reusable design patterns.
• Use Postman for API testing, scripting, and collection-based quality assurance workflows.
• Create integration specifications, data flow diagrams, and field mapping documentation.
• Support data migration staging, transformation logic, and cross-system validation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 6–8 or more years of consulting or relevant industry experience in enterprise implementations and integration delivery.
• Experience leading technical teams and managing junior resources across concurrent client engagements.
• Professional experience with agentic code and AI-assisted integration development.
• Deep knowledge of REST, SOAP, OAuth 2.0, JSON/XML, pagination, and error handling.
• Advanced Postman experience, including scripting, request logic, and automated test collections.
• Experience with middleware platforms such as Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi, Celigo, or SnapLogic.
• Strong Salesforce API and data architecture experience.
• Experience integrating CLM platforms such as DocuSign CLM, Ironclad, or Agiloft.
• Ability to lead sales cycles, scoping workshops, presentations, and proof-of-concept builds.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications in Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi, or comparable platforms are preferred.
• SQL or Python experience for transformation, scripting, or integration support is preferred.
• CI/CD and GitHub or Bitbucket experience is preferred.
• ERP, CLM workflow, and AI-assisted integration pattern experience is preferred.

Travel

• The role may require travel for client engagements.
