Area of Expertise - Scalable enterprise integration architecture, complex data migration and governance, and end‑to‑end process optimization across operational functions

About Your Role As a Principal‑ Integration Architect , you will play a key role in designing and delivering end‑to‑end integration solutions across enterprise systems, ensuring seamless interoperability, data integrity, and operational efficiency.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define integration strategies, lead data migration initiatives, and enable successful digital transformation programs for our clients. This role requires a strong blend of technical depth, process understanding, and stakeholder engagement to ensure solutions are scalable, compliant, and aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities 1. Program Delivery & Leadership

• Define and implement integration strategies for enterprise and cloud platforms.
• Lead end ‑ to ‑ end data migration programs, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and minimal business disruption.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to drive data cleansing, profiling, and governance efforts.
• Design and oversee the integration of supplier and customer onboarding processes across enterprise systems.
• Ensure compliance with all data security, privacy, and governance standards.
• Provide architectural leadership across digital transformation and system optimization initiatives.

2. Governance, Risk & Compliance Expertise

• Support governance, risk management, and continuous improvement across delivery portfolios.
• Contribute to risk frameworks, control libraries, and quality gates, including health checks and tollgate reviews

3. Sales & Growth Leadership

• Contribute to solutions, proposals, estimates, and work breakdown structures.
• Provide delivery insights into commercial models, timelines, and staffing plans.
• Participate in project walkthroughs, demos, and client discussions to support presales and delivery assurance required

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise integration architecture, ERP/CRM integration, and data migration.
• Expertise with integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Azure Integration Services.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Dynamics 365, SAP) and CRM platforms.
• Understanding of API modeling, event ‑ driven architecture, security frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or GCP, and experience with data lakes.
• High personal impact, resilience, and the ability to influence stakeholders during major transformation efforts.
• Pragmatic, solution ‑ oriented mindset with the ability to simplify complexity and deliver sustainable outcomes.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
• Skilled in facilitating collaboration and motivating high ‑ performing teams.
• Strong capability in identifying, managing, and mitigating risks and issues.
• Able to operate independently in fast ‑ paced, ambiguous environments while maintaining clarity and structure.
• Strong communication and information ‑ synthesis skills for diverse audiences.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with strong English communication (required); Arabic proficiency is an advantage.

The Team: Our CRL practice in EMEA, with over 150 specialists, supports large global companies and most recognizable local brands in solving their most significant challenges around industry verticals – Consumer Goods; Retail (includes Automotive Retail); and Logistics (includes shipping, ports). In ME, we have a high performing team with focus on manifold growth in 2026-30. The teams are ably supported by our specialist team based in India, with over 300 consultants.
