Integrated Program Planner Senior Staff - Level 5

Role Overview

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain compliant Integrated Master Schedules and ensure integration with the Integrated Master Plan.
• Maintain integration between the Integrated Master Schedule, Program Summary Master Schedule, and supplemental schedules.
• Perform critical path, schedule risk, and schedule integrity analyses.
• Provide planning support to Production Operations and the Master Program Scheduler during monthly management rhythms.
• Generate reports and metrics, and present schedule information to internal and external customers.
• Ensure compliance with Lockheed Martin program performance management and planning policies.
• Support proposal development through submittal with SOW, CWBS, and IMP traceability to tasks.

Planning Integration

• Partner with program and senior management to drive cost, schedule, and technical performance.
• Develop integrated program schedules that validate contractual scope, resources, budget, and program strategy.
• Provide time-phased critical path analysis, predictive analysis, and actionable planning data.
• Track commitments, integrate cost and schedule information, and assess schedule risks and opportunities.
• Develop planning artifacts and recommended solutions for program execution conflicts.

Basic Qualifications

• 10 to 15 years of program planning experience.
• Strong experience with Open Plan Professional, Microsoft Project, or a comparable program planning tool.
• Experience developing integrated master schedules with IMP, SOW, and WBS traceability.
• Experience with DCMA DECM or schedule compliance metrics.
• Experience with resource-loaded schedules and Earned Value Management.
• Experience briefing internal and external customers on complex issues.
• United States citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret security clearance are required.

Desired Skills

• Active Secret security clearance.
• 13 or more years of planning or program management experience.
• Exposure to MS Project, Open Plan, Primavera, or other network scheduling tools.
• Critical path scheduling methodology and Integrated Master Schedule development.
• Integrated Master Plan, Earned Value Management, and Work Breakdown Structure knowledge.
• Advanced Excel skills including macros, lookup tables, and VBA.
• Schedule risk assessment experience, effective communication, relationship building, critical thinking, and problem-solving.

Pay Information

• The full-time salary range is $109,700 to $203,700.
• The stated salary range is a general guideline and may vary based on scope, experience, education, skills, location, and business considerations.
