Qualifications
- A minimum of three years Production and Traffic experience in similar agency environments
- Ability to communicate effectively and manage people/resources
- Excellent understanding of the workflow of an ad agency, with good additional understanding of art buying, print production and interactive design/production procedures.
- Good mediator of the creative process with Creative, Account Service, Studio, Production etc
- An understanding of all media types and media requirements
- An understanding of how creative/graphics will reproduce in different media
- Good understanding of revenue process and profitability - Strong numerical / financial acumen
- Highly organised with attention to detail, resilience and determination to achieve required results
- Ability to swiftly gain overview of situations and prioritise activities
- Excellent diplomatic skills and the ability to deal confidently with people at all levels
- Good understanding of Apple OSX and its programs.
