Role Description
The Integrated Marketing Manager (part-time, hybrid in Dubai) is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns across channels to support brand growth and talent acquisition objectives.
In this role, you will develop market and campaign plans, coordinate multi-channel marketing initiatives (digital, social, email, events), and align messaging with business goals.
You will manage marketing projects end-to-end, including timelines, budgets, stakeholder coordination, and reporting on performance.
The role includes collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent brand positioning, tracking campaign metrics, and recommending data-driven improvements.
While based in Dubai, this hybrid position allows some work from home, with on-site presence for key meetings, events, and collaboration sessions.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Market Planning and Integrated Marketing, with the ability to develop cohesive strategies that align with business objectives.
- Proven experience in Multi-Channel Marketing, including digital, social media, email, and offline channels, with a focus on measurable outcomes.
- Solid Project Management skills, including planning, prioritization, and coordination across cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Understanding of Sales processes and collaboration with commercial teams to support lead generation and conversion.
- Experience in marketing within HR, recruitment, or professional services is preferred.
- Ability to analyze data, interpret campaign performance, and present clear insights and recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment, managing time effectively between remote and on-site responsibilities.
