About This Role

Job Purpose:

Responsible for defining, developing, and managing the Integrated Command & Control Center (ICCC) product portfolio, ensuring solutions deliver operational value for city operations, public safety, and smart city services. The role bridges business stakeholders, operators, and technical teams to ensure ICCC capabilities evolve in line with operational needs, technology advancements, and strategic priorities.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s in engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • MBA or Product Management certification is a plus.
  • 8-12+ years in product management or digital solution roles
  • Experience in smart city, public safety, security, or operations platforms
  • Certifications: Agile/Scrum (CSM, SAFe), Product Management certifications (advantage)

  • Product management and roadmap planning
  • Smart city and ICCC solution understanding
  • Stakeholder and vendor management
  • Business case and value realization
  • Performance tracking and reporting

Tools:

  • Product & Delivery: Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence
  • Analytics & Reporting: Power BI / Tableau, Advanced Excel
  • Documentation & Collaboration: SharePoint, Microsoft Teams
  • Ideation & Workshops
