Intake, Dispatch & Packaging Area - General Operative

General Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and dispatch finished goods in accordance with customer orders and daily schedules
• Ensure products are labelled correctly and meet quality and safety standards before despatch
• Maintain accurate records of outgoing deliveries using internal systems
• Work in chilled or ambient environments
• Check delivery documentation and assist in loading goods onto transport vehicles
• Monitor use-by dates, batch numbers, and allergen information to ensure traceability
• Ensure the despatch area is clean, organized, and compliant with food safety regulations
• Communicate effectively with production, Technical, and logistics teams to resolve issues
• Remove all waste from production and disposed of in designated areas
• Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene policies including use of PPE
