Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Insurance Trainer to deliver a comprehensive insurance training program covering core insurance lines and departmental SOPs.
The trainer will be responsible for conducting engaging and interactive training sessions using the training materials provided by the company, while ensuring participants gain practical and technical insurance knowledge.
Overall Program Duration: 15 Training Days approximately (twice a week)
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional insurance training sessions.
- Conduct interactive workshops and practical discussions.
- Evaluate trainees’ understanding and provide feedback.
- Support the delivery of departmental SOP training.
- Facilitate sessions effectively using company-provided training materials.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the insurance industry.
- Previous experience in insurance training or coaching.
- Strong knowledge of general & medical insurance products and operations.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Professional insurance certifications are an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the UAE/GCC insurance market.
