The role is about supporting, helping and guiding relationship managers in increasing their insurance productivity and building insurance penetration within RM managed clients by identifying and fulfilling holistic insurance needs of customers.
In This Role, You Will
- Conduct Holistic financial planning reviews with Clients alongside the relationship manager, assess product suitability and market and regulatory change impact to products held by clients as appropriate, identify opportunities to address any client need and manage risks.
- Improve Relationship Managers’ productivity and specific technical knowledge by effective on-job engagement through demonstration, coaching and training.
- Join Relationship Managers in meeting clients and providing technical advice and input based on technical knowledge.
- Collect and apply market and channel intelligence to identify and share product competitive gaps, service issues, business opportunities, and challenges with stakeholders.
- Provide technical guidance and support to Relationship Managers, sharing knowledge and encouraging others to do the same.
- Liaise between stakeholders and leadership teams on training and leads programs/initiatives.
- Provide support to Relationship Managers on increasing and capturing cross sell opportunities.
- Deliver fair outcomes to HSBC UAE clients and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operations of financial markets.
- Achieve agreed KPI objectives and profit growth through the improvement in relationship manager engagement with their clients.
- Use tools, information, and delivery channels effectively to deliver the highest levels of client service.
- Monitor and act on daily sales activity management information and other internal information tools, using them to effectively grow or maintain wallet share of clients.
- Fully utilize the Client Relationship Management data and help ensure client information is complete and kept up to date.
- To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Strong experience delivering revenue outcomes in an insurance distribution role.
- Experience partnering with wealth/frontline teams supporting client conversations and converting referrals.
- Evidence of strong client recommendation and sales results in wealth products.
- Equivalent relationship management experience in managing high net worth client portfolios preferred.
- Strong passion in training and coaching of insurance products, concept and sales with Relationship Managers
- Strong clients focus and ability to develop long-term partnerships with clients.
- Ability to deliver needs-based solutions through effective communication, influencing, and sales skills.
- Local regulatory & license requirements - job holder should possess valid licenses with accreditation on wealth management and qualification as required by country.
- Able to communicate well in English and Arabic is preferred.
- A graduation degree is essential for obtaining a UAE visa and work permit. If your university certificate is from outside the UAE, up-to-date attestations and equivalency are also mandatory (Recognition of Higher Education Qualifications Issued Outside The UAE).
