Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Insurance Sales Agent role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The Insurance Sales Agent will identify prospective clients, present suitable car and health insurance products, and guide customers through policy options, benefits, and coverage details.
Responsibilities include conducting needs assessments, preparing and delivering quotations, handling policy applications, and ensuring accurate documentation in line with company and regulatory requirements.
The role involves maintaining regular contact with clients to support renewals, cross-selling opportunities, and ongoing service inquiries.
The Insurance Sales Agent will collaborate with internal teams and insurance partners to resolve issues, process changes, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Insurance Sales and general Sales, with the ability to meet or exceed targets in a competitive environment.
- Strong knowledge of Insurance products, particularly car and health insurance, and familiarity with Insurance Brokerage practices.
- Excellent Customer Service skills, including active listening, clear communication, and a customer-centered approach.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships, with strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven setting, with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in basic office and CRM software to manage leads, client records, and sales pipelines.
- Previous experience in insurance or financial services is preferred; relevant certifications or licenses are an advantage.
- Fluency in English required; additional languages commonly used in the UAE are an asset.
