What You'Ll Do
- Manage the company's insurance policies and ensure adequate coverage.
- Handle insurance renewals, claims, and policy administration.
- Work with insurance brokers and insurers to negotiate the best coverage and pricing.
- Review risks and recommend insurance solutions to protect company assets.
- Monitor claims, resolve complex cases, and analyze loss trends.
- Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and internal policies.
- Provide advice to internal teams on insurance-related matters.
- Prepare reports and support continuous improvement of insurance processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in corporate insurance.
- Experience managing insurance programs, claims, renewals, and risk assessments.
- Strong knowledge of property, liability, employee, infrastructure, or aviation insurance.
- Experience working with brokers, insurers, and external stakeholders.
- Professional certifications (ACII, FCII, CPCU, ARM, CIRM, etc.) are a plus.
Ideal Candidate
An insurance professional with hands-on experience in portfolio management, claims handling, policy renewals, risk management, and stakeholder engagement within a large organization.
Experience in aviation, infrastructure, transportation, or similar industries is preferred.
