Requirements
- Active Property and Casualty license (Required)
- If you do not carry a P&C License we do have positions to lead into a CSR role while you get licensed.
- Proven experience in insurance customer service, particularly property & casualty insurance.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine desire to help people find the right insurance solutions.
- Proficiency with CRM software and standard office applications.
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a dynamic field.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Assist policyholders with policy changes, billing questions, and general account inquiries.
- Process insurance applications, endorsements, and renewals accurately.
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Help resolve customer issues and ensure a positive service experience.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
