Requirements
- Active Tennessee Property & Casualty Insurance License
- 1+ years of personal lines insurance account management or customer service experience within an independent insurance agency or insurance brokerage environment
- Professional phone etiquette
- Excellent spelling and grammar skills
- Ability to learn new computer programs
- Availability to work in office Monday through Friday in Franklin, TN
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound client questions and requests via phone and email regarding coverage, billing, and policy updates
- Review and process policy changes - including endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and reinstatements
- Work directly with multiple insurance carriers to prepare quotes, process endorsements and resolve policy issues
- Remarket existing clients/policies to obtain alternative quotes and increase agency retention
- Maintain accurate documentation within the agency management system
- Provide administrative support to other Account Managers and Producers
- File claims and provide concierge-like assistance
