Requirements
- Certified Medical Coder certification is compulsory.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in insurance coordination and front-office work, or a similar role in healthcare, a medical center, or a clinic.
- End-to-end UAE insurance experience and knowledge of UAE insurance processes and regulations are mandatory.
- Hands-on knowledge of approvals, submissions, and resubmissions is required.
- Experience with empanelment and payment follow-ups is required.
- Familiarity with DHA procedures, E-claim, and insurance portals is requested.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills are required.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant software systems is required.
- A professional appearance and customer-focused attitude are expected.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with insurance companies on approvals, claims, and follow-ups.
- Verify insurance eligibility and coverage details.
- Prepare, submit, and resubmit claims accurately and on time, and reconcile claims.
- Handle customer service and insurance coordination independently.
- Greet patients and clients and manage front-desk operations.
- Manage appointments, calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Maintain and track patient or client records and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments to support smooth workflows.
- Ensure compliance with insurance policies and company procedures.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,000–4,000 per month.

- Work is in person.
