KK Bridge Solutions is a growing insurance brokerage dedicated to providing reliable insurance solutions to individuals and businesses across the UAE.
We are looking for motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Agents to join our team and help clients find the right insurance coverage for their needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Promote and sell various insurance products, including Motor, Health, Life, Travel, and Business Insurance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Prepare quotations, policy comparisons, and insurance proposals.
- Follow up with clients regarding renewals, policy updates, and new coverage opportunities.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with UAE insurance regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Requirements
- Previous experience in insurance sales, banking sales, financial services, or customer-facing sales roles is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- UAE insurance industry experience is an advantage.

Preferred Candidate
- Fluent in English (additional languages such as Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Malayalam, or Tamil are an advantage).
- UAE driving license is a plus.
- Experience in UAE insurance sales is preferred.
Salary
AED 3,000 – AED 6,000 per month + Uncapped Commission (based on experience and performance)
