Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Dubai for an Insurance Agent.
The Insurance Agent will be responsible for selling insurance policies, working with clients to determine their needs, and developing tailored insurance solutions.
Additional duties include maintaining relationships with clients, assisting with claims, and providing support to meet customer needs.
The role involves collaborating with brokerage firms and contributing to the company’s financial growth through consistent sales targets and customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance Brokerage
- Proficiency in Customer Service and ability to build strong client relationships
- Basic understanding or experience in Finance is a plus
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai and demonstrate time management and organizational skills
- Prior experience in the motor insurance industry would be advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
