The role involves client consultation, risk assessment, policy explanation, quotation preparation, application processing, renewals, and claims-related support.
Advisors maintain records, follow compliance requirements, contribute to sales and service targets, build client relationships, and participate in outreach activities.
Workplace
- This is a full-time, onsite role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Qualifications
- Customer service and communication skills for managing inquiries, resolving issues, building trust, and maintaining professional interactions.
- Prior insurance advisory, brokerage, or financial-services experience is preferred, ideally within the GCC region.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM or policy administration systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
- Professional insurance certifications are advantageous.
- Ability to meet performance targets and follow regulatory and company compliance standards.
Compensation
- The listed salary is AED 500 per month.
Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to assess risks and recommend appropriate personal and commercial insurance products.
- Explain policy options and provide tailored insurance solutions.
- Prepare quotations and process insurance applications.
- Handle policy renewals and support claims-related queries in coordination with internal teams.
- Maintain accurate client and policy records.
- Follow regulatory and company compliance requirements.
- Contribute to sales and service performance targets.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
