About This Role
**ROLE:
Instrument Commissioning Engineer**
1. Provide technical input into the following:
a. Support the Project Manager in developing and maintaining the company’s Commissioning System and Procedures.
b. Support the Project Manager in developing, maintaining and implementing company’s Mechanical Completion System including development of Philosophy, Procedures, and Test sheets.
c. Review of Interface requirements between Company Engineering Project team and Commissioning team requirements.
d. Provide input to Project Design considering Commissioning requirements of projects.
2. Provide Instrument commissioning input and assistance during engineering design phase of projects to ensure procedures and documentations (such as engineering specifications, practices, documentation and policies) are in place to commission, close out and handover projects to Production which meets the Company’s Standards.
**This is a 1 year contractual role open to candidates across the globe.
Educational Qualifications:
- Ordinary Nat. Certificate (ONC) or Higher Nat. Diploma (HND) in Engineering or equivalent.
- Strong communications, well-spoken. Proficiency in English is a must.
Experience :
- 10+ years' varied Instrument design, installation, hook up and commissioning experience.
- Working knowledge and experience in offshore oil and gas industry codes, specifications and practices, and of International Standards and Specifications including various equipment certifications.
