Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with planning and implementation of supplemental educational programs
- Assist with regular communication with participating students' parents, teachers, guidance counselors and administrators, as necessary
- Assist with facilitation of the involvement of parents in the education of their children and in the dissemination of information, using translation/interpretation services, as needed
- Assist with the planning and implementation of parent involvement activities within the 21st Century Community Learning Center program

- 10th & Penn Elementary
- Riverside Elementary
Schedule
- Monday - Thursday 2:30pm - 5:30pm No program on Fridays
Hourly Rate (2026-2027 School Year)
The IA pay scale is broken down below for you to reference.
0 - 9 yrs experience = $19.38
10 - 13 yrs experience = $21.29
14 - 17 yrs experience = $23.19
18 - 25 yrs experience = $25.11
*Bachelor's degree is equivalent to 9 yrs experience on the scale = $19.38
*Master's degree is equivalent to 15 yrs experience on the scale = $23.19
