• Position Type: ESP - Special Education/ Instructional Assistant Mild/Mod I PT

Willingness to obtain needed certifications (training provided by District).

Strong communication skills.

Working with students in small groups.

Handling sensitive files and paperwork.

Must complete Basic Training (5 hours) provided by JSD Special Education Department.

Training must be completed within one week of hire as a condition of employment.

Additional training is available through the Special Education department allowing the employee to increase to lane 4 upon completion.

Effective July 1, 2026 Lane 3 Step 1 ($19.94/Hour)
