Role overview

Join the MENA A-Now team to build a new grocery business from the ground up.

Own strategic initiatives, including category buying and sourcing strategy, and coordinate complex business, technology, and operations processes.

Work across internal and external stakeholders in an entrepreneurial environment with ambiguity and competing priorities.

Inventory management

  • Lead daily inventory health metrics and accuracy.
  • Optimize stock levels and reduce excess or aged inventory.
  • Implement inventory control processes and monitor shrinkage and damage rates.

Analysis and cross-functional execution

  • Analyze historical data, create demand forecasts, and recommend order quantities.
  • Monitor and report KPIs and identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Partner with operations, transportation, and procurement teams to align planning and execution.
  • Resolve network inventory issues and lead projects to improve in-stock performance.

Process improvement

  • Develop standard operating procedures and identify root causes of inventory discrepancies.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives and coach team members on inventory best practices.

Basic qualifications

  • 5+ years of supply chain, inventory management, or project management experience.
  • 5+ years of Excel experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience working with complex data sets.

Preferred qualifications

  • Knowledge of statistical inventory control principles.
  • Experience with Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma process improvement techniques.
  • Experience with SQL.
