BTOS helps issuers, fund managers, asset managers, real estate companies, commodities businesses, fintechs, and financial institutions launch and manage tokenised financial products without building blockchain infrastructure from scratch.
This role is ideal for a commercially driven sales professional who understands institutional sales, fintech, digital assets, capital markets, SaaS, or financial infrastructure.
What We'Re Hiring
We are looking for an
Institutional Sales Lead
- to drive BTOS growth across the UAE, Asia, and global institutional markets.
- You will be responsible for building pipeline, originating qualified opportunities, managing institutional conversations, supporting product demos, and helping convert prospects into commercial clients.
- You will bring:
- 4+ years of B2B, enterprise, institutional sales, business development, or partnerships experience.
- Experience selling into financial institutions, fintechs, asset managers, fund managers, real estate groups, SaaS clients, Web3 companies, or financial infrastructure providers.
- Strong understanding of tokenisation, digital assets, capital markets, private credit, real estate, stablecoins, custody, compliance, or SaaS infrastructure.
- Proven ability to manage complex B2B sales cycles from origination through to close.
- Ability to engage senior stakeholders across commercial, product, technical, compliance, and operational teams.
- A highly commercial mindset with the ability to build pipeline, open new markets, and drive revenue.
- Existing network across RWA, fintech, Web3, capital markets, private credit, real estate, or institutional finance is a strong advantage.

Compensation
Base + commission / success-based incentives.
