• With a focus on business development, promotion of Made in Italy excellence, education and professional training, and sustainability consulting, Italiacamp is based in Rome and Milan, operating globally through Italiacamp EMEA FZCO in Dubai, which oversees the Dubai Hub for Made in Italy.
• In this context of international growth and institutional development, Italiacamp is seeking a highly skilled **Institutional Relations & Communications Manager** to join its team.
• This role will report directly to theGeneral Manager of Italiacamp EMEA FZCO and will contribute to strengthening the organization’s positioning in the UAE, supporting the development of strategic relations, communication consistency and institutional visibility across key stakeholder networks.
• Description and Activities
• The **Institutional Relations & Communications Manager** will contribute to strengthening the organization’s institutional positioning, visibility and reputation in the UAE, ensuring coherence between stakeholder engagement, communication strategy and digital presence.
• The core responsibilities include:
• **Institutional Relations:** Manage and develop institutional relations with government bodies, embassies, trade associations, universities, and other local and international institutions.
• **Digital Strategy:** Execute and implement the organization’s strategic digital communication guidelines, ensuring they are consistently translated across all official social media accounts, digital platforms, and professional networks.
• **Agency Oversight:** Coordinate external agencies and providers responsible for content creation, digital PR, and social media campaigns, ensuring alignment with the organization’s institutional tone of voice and communication objectives.
• **Content Management**: Oversee the production of digital content (articles, posts, newsletters), ensuring high quality, accuracy, and cultural appropriateness for international stakeholders.
• **Performance Monitoring:** Analyse digital communication trends and agency performance through relevant KPIs, identifying new opportunities to enhance online visibility and strengthen institutional reputation.

Requirements

• The ideal candidate:
• Proven experience in PR or institutional relations roles, preferably in international contexts
• Ability to develop and maintain strategic relations with public and private entities and the media
• Knowledge of local regulations, UAE cultural dynamics, and local business etiquette
• Creativity and ability to adapt messages and communication to different target audiences
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills
• Strong public speaking skills
• Ability to work in a team and interact with stakeholders from different cultures and backgrounds
• Excellent knowledge of English and Italian. Knowledge of Arabic is considered a strong plus.
