Lead, coach and manage the Services Representatives team to achieve performance targets and KPIs.
Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and service requests.
Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Set clear objectives, monitor performance, and conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance.
Encourage Services Representatives to identify new business opportunities Lead Generations to enhance Services growth.
Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and conduct regular evaluations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support service operations and business objectives.
Ensure compliance with Schneider Electric Quality and HSE standards.
Ensure full adherence to quality of reports, test sheets and checklists and proper archiving.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the service team.
Strengthen good relationship with customers and ensuring long-term partnership.
Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive service engagement.
